Damages awarded to motorcyclist with 'no case'
We achieved a settlement on behalf of a 31 year old motorcyclist who suffered severe leg injuries resulting in an above knee amputation.
Although he was advised by local solicitors that he had no case, we secured agreement on liability at two-thirds in his favour. This enabled a claim to be advanced for accommodation, care, equipment and prosthetics.
