Overview

Penningtons Manches Cooper’s presence in Surrey dates back over 50 years. Since 2015, when we made the decision to bring both our Godalming and Guildford offices together in larger premises, we have been based in the centre of Guildford. In November 2024, our 100 strong team moved to the prestigious Bottle Works building, a refurbished Grade A office development close to both the mainline railway station and the A3.

By train

Guildford mainline station and London Road, Guildford station are both a 10 minute walk away. There is a taxi rank at Guildford mainline station.

Visitors' parking

Parking for disabled visitors is available by the office. There are also limited parking facilities for general client use. If you require a space, please let us know. To access the car park, turn into Leapale Lane and carry straight on to The Bars. At the end of the road, turn into the Bottle Works building. The spaces marked Penningtons Manches Cooper are located above ground, slightly to the left of the building entrance.

There are public car parks at Leapale Road and York Road.
