Development funding for Aviva Investors
Penningtons acted for Aviva Investors Pensions Limited on the funding of the development of a Sainsbury's supermarket and petrol filling station in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. The combined value of the development funding and the acquisition of the freehold titles to the site was approximately £27 million.
