Fishing on film: interactive TV
Fishing on Film Limited, an internet television provider, has acquired content from Rex Hunt Enterprises for streaming on its new internet television channel, aimed at the specialist fishing enthusiasts market.
The content includes over 100 hours of fishing themed television programmes presented by Rex Hunt, a well-known Australian television and radio personality and fishing expert.
It is intended that non-English language versions of the content will be available for streaming and that the parties may cooperate in the future to produce bespoke programming for the website. Our media lawyers advised on the acquisition of the rights, clearance issues and payment models, and formulated the agreement with Rex Hunt Enterprises.
