Penningtons Manches Cooper advises Barnbrook Sinclair on acquisition by Wilson Partners

The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised the owners of Barnbrook Sinclair on its acquisition by high-growth accounting, tax and corporate finance firm Wilson Partners.

Operating out of Woking, the chartered accountancy firm Barnbrook Sinclair has been providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including individual entrepreneurs, partnerships, and corporations of various sizes, for over 30 years. This acquisition enhances Wilson Partners’ footprint in the South East of England and empowers the firm to reinforce its competencies in auditing, taxation, and consultancy services.

The Penningtons Manches Cooper team was led by corporate partner David Kendall, senior associate Hannah McIlwraith, and associate Holly Sargeant. The wider team included corporate tax partner Oliver Gutman, IP, IT and commercial partner Oliver Kidd, real estate senior associate Jamie Lynch, and trainee solicitor Jessica Phillips.
