The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised Carver Group, a leading provider of climate control solutions, on the acquisition of S&P Coil Products Limited, as it continues to expand its UK heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) presence.
Established in 1776, the Carver Group is an eighth-generation family-owned business based in the West Midlands, which owns and manages brands designing, manufacturing, and installing innovative HVAC solutions for a wide range of market sectors including commercial, retail, industry, and the public sector. Headquartered in Walsall in the UK, the group has representation in fifty countries.
S&P Coil Products, based in Leicester, is a renowned British manufacturer, and has supplied high quality products, including heating and cooling coils, radiant heating and cooling panels, fan convectors, trench heating and cooling, air curtains, and unit heaters, for over 50 years.
The integration of S&P Coil Products into the Carver Group will enable the company to provide a wider array of tailored products and solutions, designed for the demands of both the public and private sectors.
