Penningtons Manches Cooper ranked amongst Stonewall’s Top 100 employers for 2024

Top 50 law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has been listed in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for 2024, ranking at number 36 and achieving a gold award.

The list celebrates employers who have demonstrated commitment to supporting their LGBTQIA+ staff and clients, and is drawn from applicants to Stonewall’s UK Workplace Equality Index. All submissions are marked against standardised criteria in nine areas, including employee policy, staff network groups, allies and role models, senior leadership, and procurement. The survey also allows employees to comment on their experience of inclusion in the workplace, which forms a key part of the submission.
