Top 50 law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has appointed a senior real estate investment and finance specialist as a partner in its real estate division.
Will Fraser, who joins from Womble Bond Dickinson, brings over 20 years of experience in the sector. His main areas of focus are acquisition, disposal and asset management work. He advises both domestic clients and international clients seeking to acquire assets in the UK, working primarily with private companies, high net wealth individuals and family offices.
He also advises lenders on real estate investment and development projects, acting for a broad range of institutions including major banks and development funders. He also has a particular interest in working for alternative lenders in the energy and renewables sectors.
Will has substantial experience across a number of other sectors including hotels and leisure, technology, manufacturing, logistics, and residential development. He is also well regarded for his work advising corporates on office relocation projects.
