Three Penningtons Manches private client advisers make it onto eprivateclient's Top 35 Under 35 list

Three members of the Penningtons Manches private client and tax team have made it on to the eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 2015, the definitive annual list of young private client practitioners. Success for Stuart Adams, James d’Aquino and Adrian Moss means that this is the best ever result for the firm.

James d’Aquino appears on the list for the first time. Having trained with a City-based practice, he worked for a top 50 law firm in Switzerland where he worked for three and a half years before joining Penningtons Manches LLP in May 2014. James has extensive experience in advising high net worth individuals, families, trustees, banks and entrepreneurs on regularising their UK tax affairs, particularly in relation to the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility and the application of the Swiss-UK Tax Cooperation Agreement.

Stuart Adams, who was also ranked in 2011 and 2013, specialises in UK and international tax planning and is a full member of STEP, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Since joining Penningtons Manches in 2013, he has continued to develop his skilled technical analysis and wide knowledge of the law. 

Adrian Moss, a 2014 Top 35 winner, was promoted to trusts and tax director in 2015 in recognition of his key role in sustaining the team’s reputation within the marketplace and as one of the guarantors of its future success. As well as managing personal and trust compliance services for the firms’ clients, Adrian is also in charge of the FATCA issues for the firm’s trust company.

The Top 35 Under 35 is designed to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the rising stars of the private client professions. It also provides an opportunity for the top 35 men and top 35 women to meet each other throughout the next 12 months through smaller events.
