We are delighted to invite you to our inaugural publishing seminar in Cambridge!

Are you committed to enhancing your organisation's equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices? Join us for a breakfast seminar hosted by Penningtons Manches Cooper and Telfer Partners, where you'll gain valuable insights from legal and industry experts, whilst also having the opportunity to network with colleagues from the industry over coffee and breakfast.

Speakers:

  • Hilary Aldred, employment partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper, will provide an overview of the latest employment law updates/best practises in this area.
  • Neil Telfer, managing partner at Telfer Partners, will share tips and techniques to ensure your talent attraction and recruitment activities are free from bias and inclusive, attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Godwyns Onwuchekwa, head of communities at eLife Sciences, will discuss how publishers can develop effective EDI policies and build equitable, diverse, and inclusive communities.
