For publicly traded companies, particularly those on the AIM market, we advise on compliance with the additional layers of regulation which apply, including the Listing, Disclosure and Transparency Rules, insider dealing and market abuse regulation, applicable corporate governance codes and stock market rules.
Our team can advise on constitutional issues and relationships between shareholders, including drafting shareholders’ agreements for private companies and articles of association for both public and private companies.
