Penningtons Manches Cooper advises UK’s largest rubber extruder, Veker Extrusions, on acquisition by Reddiplex Group

The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised the shareholders of Veker Extrusions & Gaskets Limited, a Birmingham-based manufacturer specialising in rubber extrusions, on its acquisition by Reddiplex Group, a renowned UK-based manufacturer that specialises in plastic and rubber extrusions. 

Veker Extrusions has nearly 30 years’ experience in the rubber extrusion industry and in that time has grown to be the UK’s largest rubber extruder, with a diverse range of clients based in the UK and overseas, spanning markets such as construction, automotive, marine and rail. 

The Penningtons Manches Cooper team advising Veker Extrusions was led by corporate partner, Richard Wrigley, with support from associates Holly Sargeant and Robert Hallmark. The wider team included support from corporate tax partner Oliver Gutman and real estate associate Ben Madden.
