Robert is an associate in the corporate team, based in the Birmingham office.
With a primary focus on M&A transactions, he has particular expertise in the technology and automotive sector. In his previous roles, Robert also worked in the venture and private equity sectors, advising institutional funds and management teams on raising capital and investment structuring. He is experienced in managing cross-jurisdiction requirements.
Robert joined the firm in 2024 from an in-house role with a leading European ERP software company.
