Beth is a senior associate in the family law team in Guildford. She advises on all areas of family law for married and unmarried couples, and has particular expertise in the financial issues that can arise when a relationship ends. Beth is very experienced in complex and high value cases, including those involving overseas property and assets. She has also had success in challenging cases involving non-disclosure, in which she has secured significant costs orders for her clients. In litigated matters, she works on cases throughout Surrey and the South East, and has acted on cases at the High Court.

In addition to her financial remedies work, Beth is instructed in a range of children matters, including those involving physical violence, coercive and controlling behaviours, and mental health vulnerabilities.
