Profile

Catherine Bradshaw is a commercial property lawyer working primarily in the housing sector on behalf of registered providers. She deals with acquisitions, development agreements, planning and other infrastructure agreements, leases, secured lending and site set up for shared ownership sales.

She also advises on commercial property transactions including leases, surrenders and other lease management documents, and deeds of grant. In addition, Catherine assists the corporate team on the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Catherine’s clients include Hightown Housing Association Limited, Wiltshire Rural Housing Association, Westway Housing Association, the Pirbright Institute and London Underground.
