Profile

Charlotte is an associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in London. She assists with a broad range of contentious matters including commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims, as well as reputation management and privacy issues. 

She represents private individual and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, as both claimants and defendants. Charlotte has experience in multiple forums, including the County Court and the High Court. 

Having joined the firm as a trainee in 2021, she qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Prior to this, she studied anthropology at Durham University before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, graduating with distinction. In addition to her legal practice, Charlotte is an active member of the firm’s PennFuture committee.
