Danielle is a senior associate in the corporate team in the Guildford office. She advises on a wide variety of corporate work including corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and board advisory matters and general corporate governance.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018, having qualified in 2017.
