Profile

Emily is an associate in the commercial, IP and IT team in Cambridge. She assists a broad range of corporate and life sciences clients on a variety of matters, including commercial agreements, data protection, and intellectual property, and is a member of the firm’s sports and life sciences sector groups.

In particular, Emily’s practice covers drafting and advising on master services agreements, data protection compliance, and platform and website terms and conditions. She also advises on IP licences, supply and distribution contracts, manufacturing agreements, and general terms and conditions to govern the supply of goods or services. Emily assists with intellectual property disputes, including patents, trade marks and copyright. 

Having joined as a trainee in 2022, Emily qualified with the firm in 2024. Prior to her training contract, Emily obtained her undergraduate degree in geography, before completing the GDL and LPC, and was previously a paralegal at a multinational electric vehicle charging company.
