Profile
Gabby is an associate in the employment team, based in the London office. She works with a variety of clients including individuals and corporations, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious issues, and has worked on employment tribunal cases involving discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims. Gabby additionally provides general HR support, including advice on disciplinary and grievance issues, termination of employment, company policies and other contractual issues, to a variety of clients.
Gabby qualified in 2023 after completing her training contract at the firm. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Sheffield and spent a year studying in Switzerland. Gabby is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, as well as the firm’s socioeconomic and gender committees.

- Advising the Police Federation and its members on the merits of bringing various claims, including discrimination.
- Acting for a senior executive in an appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal on an unfair dismissal and discrimination claim.
- Supporting a financial services company in respect of a TUPE transfer of employees.
- Advising a large publicly owned company on defending various employment tribunal claims.
