Profile
Graham is a senior associate in our Surrey real estate team. He joined the firm as a trainee in 2000 and qualified in September 2002. He is currently based in our Guildford office.
He specialises in acquisition and disposal of land for residential redevelopment, as well as acting for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants of commercial, industrial and retail premises. He also deals with a full range of commercial property transactions including estate management matters and lending/refinancing work.
Recent work highlights
- Acting for a development company on the purchase and proposed sale for up to £4m of three neighbouring detached houses in Berkshire for demolition and redevelopment.
- Advising a public regional authority on an extensive programme of land disposals and grants of rights.
- Assisting on the recent corporate sale of significant local estate agent including a chain of existing premises and leases of other premises to the buyers.
- Acting for the tenant on a proposed agreement to terminate existing lease, extend the industrial building and take a new lease at an annual rent of approximately £750,000.
