Kate is an associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in London. She assists with a broad range of commercial disputes, acting for both private individuals and corporate clients.
Her practice covers a diverse range of areas, including advising on commercial contract disputes, regulatory compliance, debt recovery and reputation management issues. Kate has been involved in UK and cross-border litigation, adjudications, and international arbitration, as well as mediations resulting in early resolution of disputes.
Kate joined the firm as a trainee in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Prior to her training contract, she obtained her undergraduate degree in law before completing the Legal Practice Course, graduating with distinction.
