Profile

Rebecca is a senior associate and qualified licensed conveyancer in the Basingstoke office. She began her legal career in 1999 as a paralegal and conveyancing assistant and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2014.

Acting on a wide range of residential property matters, Rebecca advises on new build plot sales (both private and social housing), aftersales, lease extensions and enfranchisements. She has also been involved in the sale of auction properties, and recent projects include the sale of sizeable developments for various large housing associations.

Rebecca also enjoys delivering bespoke training sessions to her loyal client base and regularly receives excellent feedback.

Advising a G15 client who had expanded into the international market on private and Help to Buy sales.
Representing several G15 housing associations on plot sales for sites in excess of 200 plots, with complex setups.
