  • Acting for a landed estate in a long-term hybrid option/promotion agreement for the promotion and development of a 4,000+ home scheme, including complex arrangements for infrastructure provision, overage and pre-emption, and tax suspension.
  • Acting for a landowner in releasing restrictive covenants, dealing with overage payments and securing vacant possession from farming tenants, and onward disposal to a national housebuilder including securing deferred consideration.
  • Advising a national retailer in the strategic sale and leaseback of a main distribution centre.
  • Acting for a strategic landowner in multiple phase disposals to national plc housebuilders, each for phases of 200+ units, including provision for infrastructure and protecting future sales parcels.
  • Advising a land promoter in the acquisition of a 160-acre first phase of a new garden village site, including complex mines and minerals acquisition and overage and ransom negotiations.
