Lee is a partner in the real estate team in London, and head of the residential property practice. He deals with all aspects of residential and commercial property, specialising in high end residential and secured lending for both resident and offshore clients. He works closely with the firm's private wealth group.

Lee’s clients are predominantly, but not exclusively, high net worth and high-profile individuals who require proactive and commercial advice. He focuses in particular on the higher end of the London and country property markets.  Lee has a network of contacts across the industry he works with closely to ensure clients receive the best advice on all aspects of a transaction, and develops lasting relationships with his clients and their wider families looking after all their interests.

With additional experience in commercial property Lee also acts for a number of private investor, developer, and co-working clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and all aspects of their asset management. He also regularly acts for corporate occupiers advising on their office moves and lease agreements. Lee also has experience in representing a number of drama schools and theatre clients on capital projects.
