Lee is a senior associate in the family law team in London and has worked exclusively in this area since 2011. He advises on all areas of family law and has particular expertise in children matters, including surrogacy.
He has been involved in a number of High Court and Court of Appeal cases. In addition to his established expertise in children matters, he has assisted in some of the department’s most complex financial cases, including those involving significant international wealth, issues of jurisdiction and family trusts. He has experience in emergency remedies such as worldwide freezing orders, passport seizure orders and reporting restriction orders against the press.
Lee is a member of the firm’s diversity and inclusion committee and co-chairs the socioeconomic subcommittee. He volunteers for the Social Mobility Foundation and also sits on Resolution’s Innovation Committee. He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2016, having trained and practised at a leading niche family firm in Central London.
