Profile

Sarah is a senior associate in the real estate team in Guildford, and acts for development clients on complex land purchases and sub-sales, as well as advising buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposal of office, retail and industrial properties. She also advises on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, acting for landlords and tenants, and has experience in acting for clients acquiring more unusual assets. She is responsible for co-founding the South East Women’s Property Network, which aims to provide a support network (both professionally and personally) to women in the property profession at all stages of their careers.

Having trained and qualified at a Silver Circle law firm, Sarah gained invaluable commercial property legal leasing experience working in-house for a major shopping centre landlord before joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018.
