Profile

Sonia is an associate in the employment team, based in the Birmingham office. She is also a member of the firm’s specialist Police Federation team.

She advises staff associations and their members on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment and statutory debt claims.

Sonia qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2020. She is a member of the firm’s race and faith subcommittee.
