Beth is a knowledge lawyer in the family department, based in London. She has experience of all aspects of private family work, including divorce and financial matters, arrangements for children, cohabitation disputes and nuptial agreements, having advised individuals for 13 years.
Beth joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022 and supports the family team by ensuring they are kept up to date with legal current awareness, drafting precedents and client guides and assisting with legal research on complex issues. She also works with the firm’s best practice group to improve firmwide processes and systems to allow the family department to work efficiently.
