Profile

Christina is an associate in the London office. She is part of the commercial real estate team, with a focus on planning and development matters. 

With a solid background in local authority matters, Christina’s previous experience has provided her with an inside perspective on planning processes and policies. She is committed to navigating regulatory process and due diligence with attention to the broader planning implications for her clients. 

Christina has previously advised on developments including section 106 matters for midsize developments and various town and country planning act work. 

Recent work highlights

  • Section 106 work for housing and mixed used developments. Preparation of deeds of variation for reduction to the number of affordable housing units with an affordable housing contribution payment.
  • Drafting multiple section 278/38 agreements to accompany planning applications; stopping up orders; drafted legal right of light and settlement agreements with compensation deed advice on permitted development.
  • Preparation of reports on title – registration, understanding of land registry guidance and registration requirements.
  • Summarising contributions and obligations for developers. Collaborating with colleagues on letters, review of applications, section 106 and section 78 agreements.
