Dipika is a senior associate in the commercial real estate team in London.
She is experienced in investment and development matters, acting for a range of clients from investment funds, banks, developers and retailers. Dipika deals with acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio transactions), and financings alongside landlord and tenant management matters across a range of asset classes.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022, having qualified as a solicitor at a global law firm in 2015.

- Acting as legal advisor for a US based tech company in respect of its substantial and varied property portfolio in the UK (comprising data centres, serviced offices, general office accommodation and laboratory space) including disposals, acquisitions and management matters.

- Acting for a large investment fund on a number of acquisitions and disposals, the ongoing management of its portfolio and its financing/refinancing.
