Profile
Emma is an associate in the employment team, based in London. She acts for individuals, staff associations and their members, educational institutions and corporate clients across a broad range of employment law matters.
She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters and has worked on employment tribunal matters involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing issues. Emma also advises on day-to-day HR matters including company policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, and other contractual issues. She is part of the senior executive sub-team.
Emma qualified in 2023, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2021. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the firm’s age committee.
