Matt is an associate in the employment team, based in London. He acts for individuals, staff associations and their members, educational institutions, and corporate clients across a broad range of employment law matters.
He has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters and has worked on Employment Tribunal matters concerning employment status, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing issues. Matt also has experience with assisting organisations in complying with complex data subject access requests, including significant volumes of mixed and privileged data.
Having previously worked at the firm since 2017 as a knowledge paralegal in various teams, Matt became a trainee solicitor in 2022, and qualified in 2024. He is a member of the firm’s AI working group.
