Profile

Camilla is a dual qualified lawyer in the travel law team, as a solicitor and also as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). She has experience in handling personal injury claims in the UK and abroad, for example in France, Germany, Spain, Greece and Portugal. 

She receives instructions from travel insurer clients to act on behalf of their policy holders, reporting on prospects and the general handling of claims. In addition to assisting senior members of the team, she is responsible for her own caseload of personal injury claims.

Camilla has played a significant role in multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims handled by the team. She also has experience of clinical negligence cases, having previously worked in the firm’s clinical negligence team. 

In addition to a law degree (LLB) from the University of Surrey, Camilla completed the Legal Practice Course with a Masters of Law (LLM). She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a fluent Mauritian creole speaker.
