Jenny is an associate in the corporate team in London. She has advised on a range of corporate law matters, including M&A, early-stage investment, financial regulation, assisting listed companies and general corporate governance issues. Jenny is also a member of the firm’s fashion, luxury and lifestyle sector group.
She has acted for clients across a variety of sectors including technology, education, health and financial services.
Having joined the firm as a trainee, Jenny qualified in 2022. Prior to commencing her career, Jenny studied history at the University of York before converting to law.
