Joanne joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2012 and works as a senior paralegal in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in the firm’s Guildford office.

On a day to day basis, Joanne assists the team on a range of tasks including liaising with hospitals and medical practitioners, preparing and sending out instructions to medical experts and counsel, and providing support with a variety of financial and administrative tasks.

Managing a medical records system for the whole department to monitor requests for records from various medical authorities.
Setting up a system to ensure the timely settlement of medical experts’ invoices.
